WinTex can put in level headers? I had no idea, I thought it mistaked them for maps and screwed up. LumpMod is the best program to do stuff like that, though.

Wow, I haven't posted here for a LONG time... this is the same ashurasonic from the old board, and jet, there is no built in level editor...

But use deepsea or other DOOM editor and you'll do just fine...
