It's a short made by AdultSwim. The story is that the main character (Pibby), along with 2 other characters, tries to fight back against the Glitch, a gigantic goop that starts corrupting everyone in Cartoon Network (a real-life TV channel for children). It so far caught & corrupted characters like Bugs Bunny, Fred Flintstone and Gumball.
