Knuckles High Jump Emblem (Haunted Heights)

I'm having a hard time trying this emblem, can anyone show any ways to aim the jump to do the glide?

I reccomend pointing the camera down at the monitor or going in first person to get better aim, make sure to glide as soon as you touch the monitor or you might not be able to glide high enough to reach the actual emblem
