Knuckles Climb abilty. How to make your own?

Ok how do you make your own knuckles climb ability for a character. I don't mean you put in Ability = 3 n there you have it.
I wanna make it a new for my character. Then if i just add in a condition like (Stick to wall if speed>50), it'll be more like a wallrun.

No. Climb is completely hardcoded, as far as SOCs are concerned it doesn't even exist.
