(ALL STUFF MENTIONING IT SATTING TO 60 HZ NOW SET IT TO 144 HZ, IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH A CABLE THAT IS NOT A POWER CORD.) This happened after my PC get set back up, so something may or may not be wrong with the inside of the PC. Whenever I go into fullscreen on SRB2, the refresh rate gets set back to 60, and my original refresh rate was 144. This didn't happen before my PC had to get packed. (This has happened with another app I launched and I recently got new power cords, so that's probably why.) It still shows the FPS cap as 144 when you set the FPS cap to "Match Refresh Rate".
