Kartmaker highresscale

So i'm trying to make a kartmaker template for Higher resolution characters, but Kartmaker is not adding "highresscale" to the S_SKIN file, so I need to know how to fix that or if i cant

Get slade, open up your character's wad or pk3 and type highresscale = true in your character's s_skin file and that should probably work
