My thoughts on your posting
So, this is a free-roaming action game set on a South American island, where you're basically the Hispanic version of James Bond who fights this dictator. I've never played the original game, but I've been meaning to try the PC version, because I hear it was decent, even if the side missions got repetitive.
The big thing about this game and the last one was being able to do lots of crazy, superhuman stunts, and it looks like there's a lot of that here, too. They're making your grapple gun a pretty big gimmick here, and it's not just for using it to grapple to places. (Like helicopters or cars. You can totally do that.)
You can use it to tie enemies to things, like lamp posts, vehicles, or you can tie them to an exploding barrel, set it off, and watch them go flying into the air. You'll also have a parachute you can use any time you want, which is good for car surfing.
Actually, you know what? Have some videos, instead.

Actually, that's still not good enough. Here.
This is coming out for 360, PS3, and PC, but not Windows XP, for some stupid reason. It comes out on the 23rd.
