Well if you're scared, just be sure to have your malware detection stuff or whatever on

Don't worry though, as far as I'm concerned there hasn't been any reports of SRB2 addons with malware or whatever

Adding onto this thread, the worst thing an SRB2 mod can do is screw up your config. Which doesn't affect anything in your computer other than the game itself.
