How do I change the size of "image attachments"?
I've got a simple question.

If you're referring to image attachments, the ones that occur when you upload an image file as an attachment for example, you get a clickable preview of a fixed size that you can't change. However, clicking the attachment preview will open it (in the same page or in a new tab) and display it at full size.
If you're talking about images added through the [IMG] tag, the size of the image is controlled by user settings - By default, images are untouched unless their width exceeds 640 pixels.
