Item Capsules - For when you need a floating Item Box

Inspired by the Sonic Adventure games, it's Item Capsules!

A simple asset that puts your standard SRB2 Items inside Bubble Capsules for easy popping by simply walking into them.

These do not go over the standard SRB2 Monitors, they are meant to coexist with them! Their main purpose is to be used in the air just like in the Adventure Games. Allowing for mid-air goodies to reward those who take risky jumps.
