Yeah, I'll sound stupid, and searched the Wiki, but I found no tutorials! :(

Well, I guess the effect for the water is unkown for me!

Right-click on the linedef and you should see two empty fields. The first is for the Linedef Type and the second is for the tag. The sector where you want your water block to appear should have the same tag.
