Issues Hosting A Server

So, I've been trying to set up and server quite a few times around, but for some reason, i really can't host the server.
I've followed every step at SRB2 wikia, Even downloaded port forwarding program, and even tried to look up the MB and Reddit in hope of something that could help me figure out what am i'm missing, and i'm starting to think my router is unable to Host SRB2 servers, somehow?

This is how my router Port Forward Tab looks
My router model is: Humax HG100-R L2

Can anyone help me at this?
It would be very nice to see any good answers right now.

You should try setting the internal IP field with, well, the internal IP of your computer.
You can leave the external field blank.

I already tried to leave the external blank
Also, the internal is that one you get when you type ipconfig at the CMD right?

Yeah, pretty much. I'd give you a screenshot but my UI is all in a different language, but it says something about an "IPv4 address".

Also, the external IP field must be blank, otherwise you won't get any packets unless they come from the IP you specify in there.
Blank essentially means "everyone", or if that router doesn't let you put a blank field, try with 0.0.0.0
