Is there or someone who can find or make a ssnfang? mod

If you guys don,t there was a early Design for fang in the 2.2 beta or Indev Era a Concept sprite of Ssnfang was Show and my question is there a mod for him and if there is not can someone make him

This is only a funny design found in some leaked Fang Concepts,which where showed in a SRB2 "Leak and Trivias" video (where the person who did it showed some fun facts,teasers,concepts and stuff,which some didn`t made to 2.2)
So this design is only a funny thing that whoever sprited him just added in the concepts

i dont think anyone would wanna recreate the ssn style to make ssn fang when his style doesn't fit with the current game at all

SSNSonic's sprites were ported, not created or recreated. And yes, you cannot request mods like Muffin said...which is a reportable thing.
