In my experience, I've only been able to run regular Zone Builder under Windows 10 and I ran it through Wine exactly one time, where it was VERY unstable. It doesn't even work on my Windows 11 installation, since I can't install .NET 3.5. I personally keep getting error 0x800f0806 when trying to install it. I highly doubt an Android phone running two compatibility layers would do better.

Zone Builder is not the only map making software.
 
Doesn't matter anymore, I ended up using a specialized tool to rip .NET 3.5 off of a Windows 11 install USB and it works now. Yippee, I guess.
