Is there a way to immitate input delay when in single player?

I just want to practice playing with 80-100 ms without joining servers where I won't ruin the game for everyone else.

Probably a mod on here that helps. But try using Starlight Project and going into the open world section, It'll easily destroy your frames.

Oh, well, I think there's a mod somewhere, but I have no idea what it is. As of recently, my computer was reimaged, so my mods are gonezos.
