Is the SRB2 Records Forum shut down?

I was hoping to find some sort of forum or resource discussing records, since level routing is something that can vary based on the source and is overall a topic that I could use some help in. The Srb2 official records site seems to not let me log in (Clearly it was shut down a long time ago, due to the fact the last submission was in March 2019.) Is there another resource I can discuss these things with?

(I am sorry if this is an obvious question! I am new here.)

I wage that the speedrunning channel on the Discord server is the most active place to discuss level routing, if that's what you're looking for. I think there's an unofficial Discord server specifically dedicated to speedrunning as well, though I do not know where to find that myself. Starting a discussion here on the forums is also totally fair game though! From my recent memory I only know of this thread for the fastest Marathon Mode times.
