Is that everyone can go to my server?

IT'S NO USE
I have create a server multiplayer. With the ordi of my brother, I was able to notice that he is very visible on the forum, as indicates it the image. My server is DESERTED COLOSSUS ZONE.

When that I want to play at 2 with my brother, he can choose my server with "Join ( internet)" because he is posted on the list.
However, I waited for more than two-three minutes and nothing players are come. I have adjusted the MAX PLAYER at 10

Solutions?
 
Sounds like one of you need to forward your ports.

At least that's what I can gather. Some of your wording threw me off, however that was a good effort from a non-native english speaker.
 
Find your router model. This can normally be found on the router itself or in your router administration panel (Ex. http://192.168.x.x. For me, it's http://192.168.2.1).
Find your router model on the page I linked in my previous post, click on it.
Simply walk through the steps on the page and you should be good to go.
 
The same issue happens to me too... Sorta. Colson & Charydbizs tried hosting a server and I tried to join them, but it didn't work, I saw them on the Master Server as Unknown and they said that in a bunch of other times people could join...
The funny thing about Colson is that I could join him on an UT2004 (<a game)'s server that he hosted, but I couldn't even see his server on the list in- game in SRB2. Is the fact that both him and Chary live in the USA and I live in Israel the fact that makes this happen?
 
To add to what Metal-Rawr said, I know I've hosted servers before too, but whenever I try to do Co-op with him it doesn't work. I have forwarded my ports, and held big CTF servers before, but Co-op never works out for us.

uh ... so, by typing my external IP (which is http://192.168.1.1) I got to a page that tells me about my phone, my Internet connection and my TV ...

On a corner, I found this.

I guess the "router" is something NB4.
So I searched the site PortForward but I found nothing. Oh yes, I found this thing that vaguely resembled.

This page arrives. Ok, I download the software.
I run it, I choose my router and I know not what.
So something that looks like NB4.
I go into the NetComm like the list of the site, and there ...

It seems that there is no NB4 I do not know what !

That would be an advertisement for a program that you followed. Don't listen to it, click the link at the top right that says "Click here to skip this advertisement..." instead.

A static internal IP address? I can get you some screenshots to help with that, actually.
-THIS IS ASSUMING YOU'RE USING WINDOWS-
First, on the taskbar somewhere, you should see a picture of two monitors. Double click it.

Click "properties" or whatever the French equivalent is.

Same deal. Click properties after clicking the icon with "(TCP/IP)" on it (protocol name should be the same in French, so look for it)

Can't help you any more here, really. Need more information. This part depends on your settings.

Your IP Address should probably be somewhere around 77.198.129.XXX in this dialog box, however, judging from the internal network IP of your modem.
 
Ok, so I'll give you some info ...
The address list that I get by typing "cmd" in Start ==> Run it's enough for you ?
Ah yes, I will type ipconfig /all, a large amount of address will display.

I don't have a linksys router like the guy in the vid but it was easy to figure out on my router, so I hope you can do the same with your router. Honestly its not that hard to figure it out if you follow along while the vid is going. Hope this helps ya out.
 
Er ... too bad that there is an English voice, because I find it hard to decipher, since I'm French.

When I type "192.168.1.1" on Firefox, I get to the page of my provider! Look :

One last thing for be sure !
Is my server (the one in red, "Freeze Factory") is visible and accessible for players who spend in Join Game (Internet)? Just say Yes or No.

You want to use the 'Applications' tab. That is where you forward ports.
 
I guess what SSNTails wanted to say is the router's Applications tab is where you forward ports, but he was talking to IE.
Look at the picture in IE's post.
