Invalid Is something wrong with my graphics engine?

I downloaded this from a website for SRB2:

This is what I got:

The character you downloaded is for an older version of SRB2 (1.09.4), and the current version (2.0.6) doesn't support wads and custom files from older versions.

This is also not really a bug report, because even if it was your graphics card, that wouldn't make it a bug for SRB2.
