Is it possible to use different key/button mappings for different EXEs?

I LOVE my keyboard setup, and it's very comfortable.......in the main game.

In mods like Top Down however, it's not so comfortable.
Is it possible to change the key/button mappings for Top Down without changing them in the main EXEs?

I just wanna play Top Down with my Xbox 360 controller, without changing the controls in the main EXE.

I believe Top Down and SRB2 use the same configuration file, so the only way to give them different control settings is to put them in different folders.

Or, you could force TopDown to use a different configuration file with the command line parameter -config.
