Is it possible to put .sf2 files in a folder instead of in the direc? (fluidsynth)

working on something stupid or eating oreos. =)
I have been recently been testing SRB2’s ability to change midi soundfonts via fluidsynth and timidity. I want to keep my soundfounts in a folder so i can keep track of them. Is it possible for fluidsynth? please note i already have timidity++ installed
