Is it possible to modify shaders?

Uh, kinda new to posting in the srb2 forums, so idk if I put this in the right disscussion thing or whatever, so excuse me. Is it possible to modify the shaders of srb2? Cause I honestly wanna see a mod that makes the game look like this or something close or simular to that. I might try something like that when I get into modding if it is possible by chance.

Yes, though it only works in OpenGL mode. Here's an example with the vanilla shaders; this won't actually do anything if you load it directly, but it can work as a starting point.
