Is It possible to make Maimy compatible with 2.2.4 through coding?

My computer can't handle the newest update and can on 2.2.4 is there any way I can make it compatible.

2.2.4 is 4 years old.
There's also no way to just "make" Maimy compatible with a really outdated version of the game.
Besides, what compatibility issues are you having?

are you sure that you cannot run 2.2.13? have you tried to tweak the graphics options? in my experience performance improves with updates, and i used to play with 15 year old hardware. have you tried enabling OpenGL?

While this would technically be possible, it would probably involve ripping out much of Maimy's code and redoing it from scratch to account for incompatibilities between versions. It would not be simple and you would need a deep understanding of what you were doing.
