Is it possible to host a server on android

Recently ive been trying put ways to make a server on android but really nothing worked also every time i try to list it to the master server it just doesnt work

You need to portforward for your server to work. However, while this is possible on Android (so long as you are using wifi and not data), it is seriously not recommended to host a server on a phone.
