Interesting twist to match mode! (Crazyrings.soc)

Another idea Suggested by a person on IRC (Cueball), Though I think I Mis-interpreted his request, but by the time he corrected me, I was already done with this SOC.

What this SOC does, is that It makes Rings go ALL over the place, and follow a red ring when One is launched.
