In my act 1 of Frozen Wasteland Zone, after making a few modifications to other areas of the level there is a singular linedef with textures on all parts (I mean Upper, Lower and Middle on BOTH sides) that in game gives off an incredibly large HOM. What am I to do? The link is below.

No, I mean I have a sector and every linedef on that sector is fine except that one.

Looking at the map, it could be that what I think is the thok barrier doesn't have the same floor and ceiling heights.

I checked. Still troublesome, although thanks for noticing that potentially fatal bug,

Your Thok barrier caused the error. It has to follow the shape of your level. The thok barrier's second purpose (beside the one it got its name from) is to cut the "rendering viewfield". If the game tries to render stuff it should not things can get messed up:

You have to work more precise. Just compare the changes I made near the finish with the rest of the level.

I also would like to recommend you to use the 16,16 grid more often and to use less tiny linedeffs. It makes mapping a lot easier and often looks prettier.
You might also want to enlarge all your sectors. It's a little short and kind of cramped.

I tested out Morph's solution of trimming in the thok barrier on your map. It worked for me.

Although better question: Why do you have one sided linedefs on the inside of the map? Fix it please. :(

Thok barriers have two purposes? I knew it cut the renderfield like trying to put F_SKY1 on a wall, but I didn't know it did it like THAT. Wow.

Also, it will be longer. I'm working on it.

But thanks for the help!

EDIT: Onesided linedefs? Where?
