Inconsistency: It's raining in CEZ3 only

CEZ1 and 2 had their rain removed for some reason, but it still rains in CEZ3.

It can be cloudy all it wants to be IRL, and not rain. But where I live there can practically be not a single cloud in the sky and still have some rain. This didn't bother me too much, and it may have been removed to fix lag as well, who knows?
