In-Game Color Problem (Character WAD)

So I recently started to work on a character wad. Things turned out fine until I saw that the colors were odd. Anybody know what this is?

My guess is that your character isn't in the correct palette for some reason. Check out here.

Also, you might want to consider making the character larger and have more detail.
