This one's neat: it's a valid oversight, but only noticeable in OpenGL!
Those walls in the back display the sky in Software, but go REDWALL in OpenGL. This is because those lines are technically missing upper textures, and Doom Builder catches this. Software sort of accidentally draws it correctly.
It can easily be fixed by changing sector 1204's ceiling flat to F_SKY1, so there's no reason not to. Even though it's an error only present in OpenGL. Which is not supported.
