Kyran hit the nail right on the head. SRB2's IWAD is where all the levels, graphics, and music are stored. The filename is srb2.srb, and it comes with SRB2's install. Without it, SRB2 wouldn't possibly run.
 
Yes. That's exactly correct, it'll define all the things so what displays is what you want. Just put it where the rest of the .cfg files are for DoomBuilder and tell it to use SRB2.WAD as the IWAD, and it'll work.
 
Rename "srb2.srb" to "srb2.wad".


Trust me. You don't want to do that... I think it would be a whole lot safer making a backup copy of srb2.srb THEN renaming the copy to srb2.wad. @_@

I've never had a problem. In the window where it asks for the file, in the name box type *.srb, press enter, and go to srb2.srb, and there you go
