Making a topic OUTSIDE of all the to-be-locked-and/or-deleted bot topics.
I know there's been a call for this. Is it already on? And if not, shouldn't it be? Isn't it supposed to be easy to turn on? And let's face it, bots aren't very good at answering these, so that'd really kill them off.
