Ideas for my WAD?

Hi! I'm making a new wad called Training Wad.

It's purpouse It's to train to make you better at SRB2!

Well, by now It only Has Three training rooms.

Spring Room (Incomplete) You must choose between a red or Yellow spring depending how far is the next one.

Lava Room (Incomplete) It came from an Idea in Mystic Realm's Flame Rift. (THANK YOU MYSTIC!!)

And Turret room (Almost there): You must hide in walls, Blah, Blah, Blah...

If you have any ideas, I'll try them. Please don't make any hard-to-do-ideas-because-I'ts-one-of-my-firsts-WAD-And-I'm-not-good-at-WAD-And-This-stupid-thing-got-stucked-into-my-mind.

I've started today. Any help would be aprecciatted.

Maybe a "chicken" game where you go underwater and there are air bubbles on either side. Your mission is to see how far you can go without giving in and gulping an air bubble.
 
I'll Have that one on my mind, but taking the servers hard drive, and insert it into my brain... I don't think i will posibly do that.
But if there's some surgery.... BAH!! forget about It!!

I'm having problems with a hall of mirrors I can't give a solution in boths maps.
Please help me!
 
You have to be a little more specific with what's wrong.
Did you check for missing textures?
 
There's probebly a side texture missing.
If the floor's higher then the surounding floor, set the below texture. If the cieling's lower than the surounding cieling, set the above texture.
And, if you're viewing it from the back, set the back texture. Same with front.
Notice the little line poking out in the middle of linedefs? The way it's facing shows which side is the front side.

Yeah, I'ts higher than It's surroundings. Its like a pillar, with a spring in the middle. The front Is pointing inside the pillar. I've set the back textures, and below to GFZROCK, and get that idiotic bug of the Hall of Mirrors... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.
 
A dude: can a DOOM engine based show mirrors? Yes, any can do they with changing textures, but this is not always possible perfect... I said it after working a year with DOOM engines based... Experience...
 
I don't know how, but I did something that magically fixed it.
And I'm not reffering to mirrors that are MIRRORS.
I'm talking about that glitch in which you looked through a one-sided linedef and saw something horrible.
 
People calls it the HOM effect. (Hall of Mirrors)
If you look at a wall with no texture, you'll see a kind of repeated image. Kind of hard to describe... :?
Though, if you look at it while looking at the floor above it as well, the floor will kinda "stretch" over the wall.
I'm gonna go make some screnshots...

ZDOOM can, but you need a blank space on the other side of the mirror equivalent of what the mirror will be mirroring, which can limit things somewhat. Regardless, it ain't in SRB2.
 
Well, I need learn more about DOOM engines... Works with the mode-8 (a limited version, obviously)... The more that I seem in mode-8 (in this class of FX) is a monitor of the camera in a texture that constantly change...

Mode-8 is too limited... You can't put one floor above other... :S

Well... Actually I'm not developing 3D games, and I'm not want to do WADs for SRB2... I'm now in full in 2D games... See it.

I've Almost implemented the Crushers room.(Sik's Idea)
But... I'm too lazy to do anything in my life, so I will finish it in 2 days or somethin' like that.

Pd: I will finish the room in 2 days, NOT THE MAP!!!!!!!111!111!111!!!1!!
