I want to post a mod, but...

Just another Ring Racer
Hello, forum devs, whomever you may be! I have a problem.

I want to release a mod I made for SRB2Kart, but it won't let me post any threads there, or almost anywhere else for that matter. My questions are as follows:

1. How do I get permission to create new threads, specifically in the Kart Releases & Mods area?
2. Is this even the right place to ask about this?

Yeah. Submissions are there to act as a minor quality check - we don't want mods released which don't work, are as buggy as heck, or otherwise breach the rules of submissions. I say minor because the level of quality doesn't factor in with if a mod gets released or not

That's fair.

On a related note, is it possible to make YouTube videos show up as actual videos instead of just the link?

Importance on VIDEO ID instead of VIDEO LINK

Does not work

But,

(youtube)PiGIgMtOpU0(/youtube)

DOES work. Make sure to replace the parentheses with brackets.

Only judges can see posts there which you didn't make.

Wait, what did I not make? I posted the thing in Submissions. Was I supposed to do something more?

After reading it again, I realize I misinterpreted it. You can't see posts other people make in Submissions unless you're a judge.

Makes sense now that I think about it. That place seemed suspiciously empty.
