i want to add some mods (spinerak, new version of rouge, sneaky rouge, omega, cream, advance cream), but the game hasnt got them in addons

i put them all in there. so ive deleted some mods from the addons folder, but its seperate on my desktop to the srb2 icon, ive not ran out of space for the addons in the game right?
i had a rar and a zip but ive extracted them, please, could someone help me?

I don't recognize all of them, but I do know Cream is an older mod. Check if all of these mods are able to be used in the current version.

cream is 2.0 so i deleted her (advance might have been cooler anyway)
omega it doesnt say
rouge is a newer version of a mod i already have which is 2.2
