I Think I've Been Caught in Someone else's Ban...

At first, Srb2 froze up for about 10 seconds when I tried searching for a game and said no servers found, so then I check the console and see something about the console buffer and that it couldn't connect to the server, it was working fine yesterday, I don't know what the problem is, why can't I play a netgame?

My IP and server name is not on the ban list, if someone's address is close to mine, does that mean I could be caught in their ban?

Yes, it could mean that.

So, what can I do to not be banned along with someone else?

Tell Logan, and he'll change the ban to let your IP through, but not the banned one, like if IPs were singled digit, and the ban was from 4 to 8, and your IP was 6, he would change it to be 4 to 5 and 7 to 8.
