If you scan something you drew into your computer, how do you shrink it to 10 kilobytes? That is, if your illustration is huge. Please reply quickly! Thanks!

Make the size (Height and width wise) smaller which could come out kind of crappy with a hand drawn image.

Not if you use a decent program.

If its black and white, convert it to a monochrome bitmap and then to a png.
If it's colour, the same,
only convert it to a 256 color bitmap before png'ing it.

Like i did with the photo of my dog.
