I need help with Doom Builder and WadAuthor

Please someone help me and tell me what I need to get started to edit SRB2 with one of these programs, ( Im talking about what files do I need?)

Isn't the name of the program WadAuthor, not WadBuilder? And, If you need the config file for WadAuthor, go here, then click on 'SRB2 Graphics and WadAuthor configuration file'. As for DoomBuilder, click here
