I need help making a special "throw" code, and also a few other smol things.

I'm trying to make a Patrick Star mod, and I want it to be as close to the Heavy Iron trilogy of SpongeBob games as I can. This is also the very first time I've tried to make a mod, so yeah. I'm very new. There's also a few other things I need help with, mainly the S_SKIN lines for Custom Buttons, as the Wiki says nothing on those.

Custom buttons are buttons intended for Lua interaction. There's no S_SKIN anything that interacts with custom buttons.
