I missed the protest against George Bush yesterday, so...

I'll post my rant here.
NOTE: If any of you are secretly part of the Bush Federation, don't come to my house and kidnap me in the middle of the night and then put out the story that terrorists killed me.

1. The war in Iraq
George Bush simply started the war because he wanted to stay in office. Most people don't like changing presidents during a war, because it would mess up the previous president's plans. So now that George Bush has gotten reelected, he should stop the war, right?
Right, but George bush is an idiot and thinks America will lose money or some other crap like that if he forfiets. We won't. We'll stop ourselves from losing money.

2. The 9/11
George Bush was reading to a class of kindergardeners on 9/11. Seems innocent enough, right? Wrong. After the secret service peoples told him that the hijacked planes flew into the twin towers, he kept reading to the kindergardeners for a full seven minutes. There's a video somewhere on the internets. Then later, when he was asked about continuing to read, he said he was "gathering his thoughts."

3. The stupidity
First off, why did George Bush want to stay in office? He didn't do a godamn thing except send more troops into Iraq, and he only needed to do that if he stayed in office.
Second off, 9/11 was caused by his lying about the war in Iraq. So, he caused it. Technically.
Third off, by sending more troops to Iraq, he's killing others for his own misdoings. So, he's selfish. And stupid. And satanic. And etc.

EDIT: Fixed typos.

Negative. He started the war based on false information that Saddam was a threat to us. George Bush won't stop the war because he got re-elected and he didn't start the war to be re-elected. I am assuming he wanted Saddam out of Iraq to finish what his father started in his presidency.

Your other part is correct. Bush is an idiot. He thinks that he is God's chosen one and has the right to interfere with anything he wants across the world (read: the entire Middle East.) Not to mention that according to Bush, questioning his actions makes you "un-American."

Thats arguable. Most of that may be internet hype, as there is no real way to prove whether he actually did that or not. I cannot comment, because I've honestly heard more than one story about this...

You mean that the war in Iraq was caused by Bush making excuses concerning 9-11 right? Was that a typo?

Iraq is the cornerstone of Bush's administration, and to be honest nobody could do a great job in Iraq. The point is, Bush's idiocy caused us to invade in the first place, which of course, makes this whole mess his fault. Yes, he is selfish. He is personally responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians, not to mention the thousands of our own soldiers. All of this to make a name for himself.

The funniest thing is, we've spawned a whole new generation of terrorists due to our invasion in Iraq. The Al-Qaeda has never had such an easy time recruiting since we invaded Iraq. So now our troops are almost literally stuck in a quagmire. Stay in and continue making things worse? Or pull out and let the place fall into anarchy and sort itself out? Bush is the reason why we have a lose-lose situation in Iraq.

The moral of the story?

Bush = Fail

Bush = Fail
Well, I wasn't so sure of some of some of those stuff myself, but point is, Bush does equal fail.

No politics, kthxbye.

I do have the point out one thing I thought was REALLY wacky, though..

Second off, 9/11 was caused by his lying about the war in Iraq. So, he caused it. Technically.

You know that 9/11 was in 2001, and the Iraq invasion was in 2003, right? So how could the Iraq war stuff CAUSE 9/11?

I prefer not to see politics on the board because nearly everyone here is too young to make any kind of educated opinion. Even many people that are old enough to vote don't have educated opinions. (Bush sucks! But I really don't know why! It's cool to protest! Barak Obama is bad because his name sounds like Osama!!) I don't care what your political stance is, just make sure you've got your background straight.
