I'm not really sure what PSA actually stands for, but it's the moveset on the character.

Since it's Smash Bros. we're talking about, PSA stands for Project Smash Attacks, which was the name of the first program made to edit movesets. A more accurate term would be "Smash Attacks" or "Moveset" especially once the functionality gets put into BrawlBox, but PSA has stuck.

To be more in spirit with the character in question, nothing new should be added.
Just absurdly overpowered intrinsic versions of powerups already in the game.
