Okay so here is what happened. Me and a few other people from another discord server were messing around in the Anarchy Discord I made then they all left. So I got a empty server! Here is the link to the Anarchy Server!

Not trying to mini mod or anything... but doesn’t rule 9 ( R9: “No advertising outside of signatures.”) specify that you can’t advertise outside of your signature?

Anarchy doesn't really works because Discord already had rules.
