It's Black Eggman, Brak it's just a shortened version.

I think they call him Brak because of how it sounds when the ova they say black.
But i never watched the ova in japanese so idk.

It's called Black Robotnik if you are wrong.

Brak Eggman is what he was originally called, and frankly, I'm sticking with that.
