I have a small character problem

I was thinking of Supersonic45's Boss.SOC how it made Eggman shoot Sonics, so i decided to make a Sonic that shoots Eggman, and he looks destressed, problem is, it doesn't even Add it self to the character select screen, could someone help me through this

Thats what I used, but I still couldn't get it to work
