I found a bug on SRB2.ORG!

I found this bug by seeing if STJr had released 1.09 without telling us. It turns out that they hadn't.

To reproduce: Go into the downloads section of SRB2.Org, click the 'read the manual' link, scroll down, and click the link back to srb2.org . Then, click on the sonic head, and repeat as necesary.

Just tried it. hotdog isn't lying, there really is a weird cascade glitch in the SRB2 homepage.
