I cant use the homing and lightdash console commands

everytime I type homing on or lightdash on in the console, for some
reason it doent work :( . Why nothing happens?

It'll only work in multiplayer or in single player with devmode on.

I don't really know what to tell you, but I do know 2 characters who do have that skill.
Next-Gen Sonic and NiteMare.
