I can't upload my avatar to the forums!!!

Well it's freaking clear what's wrong with my avatar.... it won't upload to this site. I put it on Imageshack.us ,uploaded it there as both .JPG and .gif and it wouldn't upload to this site! Could you help me?

I just put my file on paint, then uploaded it from my computer.

Then how did you get your avatar to the right size?

I shrunk down the size of the paint screen to fit my image.

I got my avatar up.... Unfortunately it's only part of the "whole" avatar.

You should use programs like gimp or photoshop to resize the actual images, not the canvas.
