I can't launch ring racers. Fix?

It's exactly what the title says.
Every time i try to start up the game the game refuses to load.

I already tried:
Restarting my computer.
Made a new installation on a separate drive
Deleted and replaced the installation on my usual drive.

I'm not sure if its because of the latest windows update or whatever, but please help if you can.
By the way the files i sent came from a fresh new installation.

Try the following:
Press Win + R and Type: mdsched.exe Click on restart now and it should test your memory which should fix some problems with your RAM which can cause the game to not work. If it says it has problems, Replace your RAM sticks. If it says everything is fine, launch the game. If it shows the same error message, proceed.

Run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth in an Administrator Command Prompt. If it fails, try running this on the recovery mode
Command Prompt. After running those, run the game. If it fails, Continue.

Restore from system restore. If you have a backup in system restore, restore your oldest backup. If that fails or you do not have one, Move On.

Reinstall/Reset Windows. Resetting/Reinstalling Windows should fix that. You can reset through Settings or the Recovery Menu. Be sure to back up your files and the game's save! If that fails, Create a Windows Recovery USB and boot that. (Also back up your files and the game's save too!)
If this did not solve the issue, proceed.

Install/Dual Boot Linux. As the last resort, Try installing or dual booting a Linux distro (I recommend Linux Mint) and install the game with flatpak. Once you booted into Linux, run some updates in your distro, then go to flatpak.org to find instructions on how to install. Then you can go to flathub.org then search for ring racers. It should give you instructions on how to install. It should open the game, but if that fails, Tough Luck! Consider buying another PC Or Laptop or use your old one if you could.

A few of your steps past system repair with DISM sound a bit overkill to do prior to ruling out other issues, @CornTheKarter.
Resetting windows is usually something you never want to do as it can introduce other issues, and it's simply better to reinstall the OS at this point. And at that, reinstalling Windows over a game, or installing a different OS on top, is a bit too much.

Unless, you know, it's not specific to this game and is happening with others, then yeah that's fair :shitsfree:

Every time i try to start up the game the game refuses to load.
Your game is crashing due to a "DEP violation". That's an error I've never seen before.
It's also crashing around the spot.

Limited knowledge tells me this has something to do with OpenGL mode, given the point of your crash mentioning "Gl2Rhi", though it being a fresh install, the OpenGL renderer is not enabled by default.

Try running the game on windowed mode (the -win parameter tells the game to run windowed), see if that changes anything.

What sort of computer do you have? Is it a laptop? And how much RAM do you have?
