i cant host servers because of this master server error i cant get rid of

i am on the newest version of srb2 but whenever i try to change the room type so it is actually seen on the server browser (which i cant see) and i have not found a solution i hope i can find one here

What is your Master Server URL?
Try changing it to

http://ms.srb2.org/MS/0

Did you try their solution? Go to the Server Options and change the Master Server address to what they posted.

Additionally, have you portforwarded? That is necessary before you can host.
