I can't host or join network games

Everytime I host a game, it says: timeout on masterserver, connection to masterserver has failed. Even when do join game(search) it strangely takes a way longer time to load up, and it always shows no server at all.

For the hosting, it's probably because your behind a firewall or your UDP ports (5029 and 5030) aren't opened(the most probable). As for the search, maybe there isn't any games running or if there are, the hoster didn't have it advertised on the master server.

I think you got banned from the master server for constantly starting games that no one can join.

Yeah I have the same problem only I can host servers fine I havent tried having anyone join yet..... but yeah I enter the Ip address in and it never connects.

Unless you meant you went on IRC and hosted a game and told someone to join and they couldn't?
