I cant figure level making out!

NOTE:dont mention the wiki cause I didnt understand it.

I dont know how to make a level or what program I need to make it.
I want a supersonic zone addon for SRB2.It will be great if some one can please help me find it.
The level would be called ZONE:0
It will be very long and if I figure level making out then it will hopefully be released in the levels section!

Oh and by the way practice a little before you make your wad. Normally people just will make their first wad and it will be horrible.

I just made out the sketch of the level.
Its 20 minutes long!
And at the end of the level you get the master emerald and the super emblem!

An emblem that im going to make up that is arranged of smaller emblems!
Anyway i cant work doombuilder SRB2.
It works but the tutorial doesnt make any sense to me.

Well you have to read the tutorial to figure it out. If you don't know how to do it why in the world did you make that thread in levels?
