Seriously. I have the thok barrier set up correctly and everything, and yet I'm still able to walk right through the southern wall. I'm not sure how this is happening. I've double checked everything, and still can't find anything wrong with it.

You did NOT set up your Thok Barrier properly at all. Rule #1 of Thok Barriers: Ceiling Height = Floor Height.
